Marosa Pitaloka Consultant (MPC) is a professional Human Resources Management Consulting located in Sudirman, Jakarta.

Currently, we need candidate for our client, a multinational custom based manufacturing company. The positions available are:

1) Mechanical Design Manager (Code : MDM)
• Education min. S1 from reputable university, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering
• Male/Female, age max. 43 years old
• Min. 2 years experience in same position. Preferably have exposure in electrical custom based manufacturing
• Accustomed with SAP systems
• Strong numerical, analytical ability and business
• Strong negotiation skills, impact & influence competency.
• Fluent in English

2) Production Manager (Code : PM)
• Education min. S1 from reputable university, preferably majoring in Electrical Engineering
• Male/Female, age max. 43 years old
• Min. 5 years experience in same position. Preferably have exposure in electrical custom based manufacturing
• Accustomed with SAP systems
• Strong numerical, analytical ability and business
• Fluent in English

3) Supply Chain Manager (Code : SCM)
• Education min. S1, Major in Electrical Engineering from reputable university
• Male/Female, age max. 43 years old
• Min. 10 years experience in custom based manufacturing environment. Preferably have exposure in electrical part manufacturing
• Fluent in English
• Accustomed with SAP systems
• Strong numerical, analytical ability and business
• Strong negotiation skills, impact and influence competency.

4) General Manager for Contracting (Code : GM)
• Education min. S1 from reputable university, preferably majoring in Electrical Engineering
• Male/Female, age max. 43 years old
• Min. 7 years experience as GM. Experiences as GM in Custom Based Electrical Manufacturing or Power EPC Company is preferred
• Strong sales, marketing, analytical, and leadership ability
• Strong negotiation skills, impact and influence competency
• Fluent in English
