Habitat for Humanity Indonesia, a national foundation established in 1997, is now seeking highly competent, active and experienced professionals for the position of;
 1.       PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
To be based in Bali
 
To manage and develop the branch office operations, fundraising and (global) volunteer programs in accordance with the vision and mission HFHId, in achieving the set targets together with the national office.Responsibilities:
·    Ensuring that program is implemented in accordance with the vision and mission of HFH International dan HFHId target.
·    Responsible for development of holistic and sustainable program, and well managed program in financial and operational
·    Ensuring the maintenance of branch office inventory
·    Responsible for the allocation of all appropriate and efficient financial in accordance with the existing budget
·    Maintaining communication flow and coordination with the National Office
·    Socializing HFHId programs to the local government, organizations, and stakeholders.
·    Supervising all activities of house construction to ensure the achievement of healthy, simple, decent and affordable HFH houses.
·    Providing implementation planning for Volunteer to ensure success and sustainability of Habitat program in Bali
·    Working with community partners to make program plans that will attract volunteers and provide opportunities for community partners to engage target.
·    Work together with Program Officer, Resource Department and Board in the development of donor relations, including the (Global) Volunteer in the region
·    Developing good cooperation performance with partners
·    Ensuring Home Partners include in the target segment of HFHId.
·    Responsible for the accounting and financial reporting in an accurate and timely manner
·    Responsible for a healthy portfolio with arrears less than 30 days.
 
Qualifications:
·    Minimum Bachelor degree in business administration or economics
·    Experience at the managerial level or have obtained a certain level of management skill.
·    Having experience in general management, people management, operational and financial management
·    Preferably have experience in hospitality or fundraising in Bali
·    Having experience in designing a project and managing a project
·    Proficient in English both oral and written, skilled in using the computer (MS Office, Word, Excel and Power Point presentation)
 
2.       CORPORATE RELATION COORDINATOR
To be based in Jakarta
 
To support Resource Director to manage Resource Development department to be a major contributor to the HFH Indonesia fundraising, advocacy activities and goals especially in marketing, maintain a long term relation of HFH Indonesia and corporations.
Responsibilities:
·    Developing and implementing HFH Indonesia Resource Development  Plans by following-up on HFHId and in country contacts with major corporations and organizations,
·    Initiating corporate donation and media campaign strategy
·    Actively proposing methods and projects to engage corporate donors
·    Coordinating donor services regularly or incidentally as appropriate.
·    Initiating contacts with branches and subsidiaries of major corporate donors in Indonesia
·    Liaising with members of National Board of Trustees and Affiliates Resource Development committees to expand local fund raising
·    Working with HFH Asia Pacific - Global Collaboration Network representative - to market donor opportunities in support of HFH Indonesia program
·    Working with Affiliate office staff to assess resource development needs and priorities
 
Qualifications:
·    Minimum Bachelor Degree from recognized university
·    Minimum 3 years in the same position or experience in senior position of related work
·    Ability to work independently and effectively
·    Have vast knowledge of fund raising and international grant preparation
·    Excellent oral and written English language
·    Ability to communicate and dealing with target group segment especially with senior corporate executives
·    Having leadership capability and team work
·    Having capacity to expand HFH Indonesia program
·    Negotiation skill and perseverance
·    Demonstrating high level of integrity and honesty 
 
3.       PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
To be based in Jakarta
To perform high level administrative projects and processes in order to maintain tracking system and databases necessary to run best of class programs
Responsibilities:
·    Maintain project record details, including upgrading database with all current projects & programs, Monitoring & Evaluation and other reporting requirements.
·    Compile and consolidate statistics and portfolio reports
·    Compile and consolidate program annual budget
·    Compile month branch income statements as well as balance sheet for Program Review.
·    Administer and process with Finance Department fund transfer completion
·    Deliver the funds to the field report
·    Coordinate with Resource Department in regard to (Global) Volunteer Schedule and Budget
·    Compile volunteer finance and implementation reports from branch
·    Maintain electronic filing on Program Shared Drive
·    Handle travel and accommodation coordination
·    Develop minutes of meeting
·    Handle expense claims
·    Assistance to COO as required
     
Qualifications
·    Bachelor degree in any discipline or equivalent experience in business administration or accounting management related subjects from reputable university
·    Having 1 -2 years of related experience
·    Outstanding communication and be highly organized
·    Awareness of cross cultural issues effecting organizational development
·    Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

I. Organizational Context
Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) is a United Nations agency which
provides technical assistance in Indonesia. One of our projects
since 2006 provides support for the control of Avian Influenza, in cooperation
with national and regional Indonesian government livestock authorities. Project
activities are conducted in various locations nationwide.

National Technical Advisor (Cold Chain) shall operate under the overall
guidance and responsibility of the FAO Chief Veterinary Officer, the general
technical supervision of the emergency Centre for Transboundary Animal Disease
(ECTAD) Regional Manager based in the Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (RAP), and the operational supervision of the Chief TCES.
The incumbent will be under the functional and administrative guidance of the
FAO Representative, overall supervision of the Team Leader of the FA Country
Programme in Indonesia and the direct supervision of the International Market Restructuring Expert.
Duties and Responsibilities
II. Functions / Key Results Expected

Summary of key functions:
Assess the cold chain situation in:
selected Jakarta poulty relocation centers (RPUs);
Jakarta traditional markets that carry poulty products;
transport between the RPUs and the traditional markets
Validate the findings and develop an appropriate cold chain
system in close consultation with all stakeholders, to be approved and
finalized in a workshop organized by the incumbent;
Investigate primary poultry cold chain buy-in solutions from
the private sector, stimulated via pilot activities sponsored by national and
international donors;
Perform any other duties within the objectives of the ECTAD
Indonesia programme as requested.
III. Impact of Results
The key results have an impact on the success of FAO / GOI Avian Influenza
Control Programme implementation in Indonesia.
