Save the Children Vacancy - Senior Project Officer based in Masohi, Maluku

Save the Children is the world's children's rights organization, with 17
national Save the Children offices and operational programmes in over
120 countries. We deliver immediate and lasting improvements to
children's lives worldwide. Currently Save the Children is seeking
highly motivated, dedicated and experienced staff to be a part of out
team to start immediately in Masohi, Maluku Tengah for the following
position:

1. Senior Project Officer (SPO-Msh)

The objective of this post is to build relationship with stakeholders,
plan, develop, monitor and evaluate the implementation of education and
child protection project activities in Maluku to ensure the effective
implementation and compliance with Save the Children mission objectives
as planned in the programme strategy.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in relevant fields.

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing education projects
in community and child-focused activities

* Have experience in overall project management

* Have experience in developing, maintaining and improving
relationship with local government

* Understanding of education and child protection

* Proven skills in financial and staff management

* Very good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

* Very good project/programme management skills

* Proven skills in project/programme development and proposal
writing

* Computer literate

* Strong team leadership

* Strong impact and influence

* Strong relationship building

* Good analytical thinking

* Good in developing others

* High initiative
